Our members come from the many communities served by the hospital. The Auxiliary works to promote Lake Taylor through increased community awareness and fundraising initiatives. Auxiliary members are proud to continue the tradition of serving as ambassadors between the hospital and its communities. Making a DifferenceOver the past decade, the Auxiliary's fundraising efforts have helped to raise more than $500,000 for hospital equipment, facilities and services. Here is a summary of recent contributions: - Children’s Playground What We DoThe Auxiliary supports Lake Taylor through a wide variety of activities ranging from more intimate members-only gatherings to large events open to the public. We organize fundraising events, play golf, fund and plan special hospital projects, speak in public, write articles and welcome new ideas for community involvement. CommunityAuxiliary members are an important liaison between the hospital and the community. We want to inform and increase community awareness of hospital services through local events, media announcements and personal communications with friends, neighbors and colleagues. We also welcome feedback and input about the hospital, its services and the health interests of our constituents. FundraisingAnnual fundraising events sponsored by the Auxiliary include the Lake Taylor Golf Tournament, the Lake Taylor Fashion Show and the Love Light Tree. If you like to organize, create, network, write, edit, speak in public or just contribute to your community, come join us! An Auxiliary member will contact you to discuss your interests.
