Many times you are called upon to remember a dear one, neighbor, fellow worker or friend with a memorial or to recognize someone's accomplishments or services. When that event occurs, think of Lake Taylor Transitional Care Hospital and the Special Gifts and Memorial Program. You will be making a special gesture and supporting the hospital at the same time.

When you make a donation for any reason it is acknowledged at once and the recipient is notified of your thoughtfulness.

These donations fund the purchase of specialized equipment, programs and services for the care and comfort of our patients and residents.
