On Thursday, December 15th, Lake Taylor hosted their annual breakfast for City of Norfolk officials. Various community leaders with the City of Norfolk, including Mayor Paul Fraim, were present for the special holiday breakfast as well as select Hospital Board members, Auxiliary members, and Hospital staff.
