As a healthcare family, Lake Taylor Transitional Care Hospital works diligently to promote, nurture and maintain close ties with our community. We work with all ages and many different groups to foster the valuable service of care we provide to our patients. Those who so generously donate are the reason we continue to offer the level of care Hampton Roads has come to appreciate and respect. We have volunteers of all ages who come in to donate their time. Their effort is important.
