Lake Taylor Transitional Care Hospital announced today that it raised approximately $6,000 during its 12th Annual Fashion Show to benefit the hospital services and programs. Held last Saturday, September 29, at the Norfolk Yacht and Country Club, the sold out event featured the latest fall fashions from Lili’s of Ghent.
As more than 300 attendees observed, the group of models, which included hospital staff and volunteers as well as professional models, showed off their style as they paraded down the catwalk and around the banquet room. During the show, attendees were also provided lunch as well as an opportunity to take part in a silent auction and luxury raffle donated by various local businesses and individuals.
The Annual Fashion Show is just one of a number of fundraising events Lake Taylor Transitional Care Hospital holds throughout the year. In December, the Auxiliary will hold their annual “Love Light Tree” ornament dedication, which offers an opportunity to honor and remember family, friends, and loved ones.
