Tracy Ashley has been named the new executive director for the Lake Taylor Transitional Care Hospital Foundation.
In her new position, Ashley will be responsible for implementing financial development plans and communicating with patients, families, individuals, groups, and businesses to generate sustainable financial support. Her duties also include coordinating with a volunteer board of directors that oversees the stewardship of contributions and the Foundation’s charitable investments.
“Tracy is an enthusiastic and dynamic leader we’re proud to welcome to her new role,” said Thomas Orsini, president & CEO of Lake Taylor Transitional Care Hospital. “We’re encouraged by her plans to engage our team of committed volunteers and supporters with new energy and achieve new levels of fundraising success for the Foundation in the future.”
With over eight years as Director of Development and two years as Executive Director of the Educational Foundation at Virginia Peninsula Community College, along with experience at Old Dominion University and nonprofits like the American Heart Association, Ashley has a strong track record of transforming vision into action and strengthening community support.
“I’ve loved making an impact in higher education, but I’m excited to return to healthcare and help drive meaningful support for patient care,” said Ashley.
