Dr. Marissa Galicia-Castillo and Tracy Ashley, Executive Director of Lake Taylor Transitional Care Hospital Foundation walked viewers through not only the goals for families considering advance care planning, but the conversations surrounding what’s important for their loved one should they face a chronic and debilitating medical condition.
